Returns Policy

If you'd like to exchange your item for something else i.e. a different size, for example then please email sales@retroterrace.com with the name and size of the item you ordered, and the one you'd like in exchange. We will then email you back with a returns address.

Once we have received the original item in good condition (please do not wash or wear an item before sending it back), we will then post you the new item or issue you with a refund straight away, depending on your request. Refunds can be issued via PayPal or, if you don't have a PayPal account, via online bank transfer. We reserve the right to offer alternative arrangements if the above conditions are not reasonably met.
